Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and prospecting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and exceptional customer service
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Generate and submit timely sales reports and forecasts
  • Participate in sales training and development programs
