• Manage relationships with customers such as farmers, nurseries, and dealerships
• Increase sales of organic compost fertilizer and liquid fertilizer
• Contribute to setting up a sales network for recycled plastic boards
• Keep close track of cash collection and timely follow up with debtors to ensure all payments are made on time
• Identify new business opportunities
• Comply with all administrative requirements in the organization
• Adhere to reporting requirements
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the seniors

Salary and Benefits

• Biocomp offers a competitive salary plus a performance-based bonus
• The position is for one year but can be renewed after the term expires
