Job Description

  • Manage Sales and Distribution of the products
  • Contribute in generating revenue for the company through active selling efforts and managing a team of Sales Representatives
  • Manage performance and target achievement of the Sales Representative team
  • Achieve annual sales quotas for the assigned territory for existing and new products
  • Contribute to the success of national sales programs by developing and implementing field sales action plans
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Motivate sales executives and maintain relationship with the outlets in the region they are responsible for
  • Present for branding activities conducted by the company such a sales promotions, events and ensure maximum brand visibility/mileage
