Job Description

  • Keep in contact with existing customers (retailers and wholesalers) in person and by phone
  • Provide reports related to sales, prices, contracts and payments to Area Sales Manager
  • Maintain records of sales orders and send details to Area Sales Manager
  • Report to Area Sales Manager about sales trends
  • Advise junior sales officers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
  • Provide guidance to junior sales officers about sales and marketing of company products
