Reports To: Sales Manager / Sales Head

Role overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. The candidate should be target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory to drive sales growth

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new customers, including dealers, distributors, architects, builders, contractors, and fabricators.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Promote and sell company glass products within the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on orders.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and demand trends.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to management.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities as required

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of glass products and their applications (preferred).
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Target-driven and self-motivated with strong initiative.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
