Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Sr. Sales / Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory by managing key accounts, supporting junior sales staff, strengthening distributor and retailer relationships, and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the allocated area
Manage key distributors, dealers, and high-value customers
Support, guide, and mentor Sales Officers and field sales staff
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective merchandising
Implement company sales policies, pricing, and promotional schemes
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments as per company policy
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and service delivery

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG / Cement / Industrial sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to manage territory independently and support team members
