Job Description

  • Develop potential clients and promote the company's logistics resources via telephone, internet, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Responsible for market development, old client relationship expansion and management, maintaining existing clients, providing quotations, following up, developing new clients, and selling logistics services by international air, sea, and land transportation.
  • Understand the needs and feedback of both new and existing clients, and handle client dissatisfaction promptly and effectively. Build and maintain good relationships with clients, and be responsible for the establishment and enhancement of the company and product brand.
  • Utilize sales skills to achieve sales targets, meet client requirements, and realize performance growth.
  • Investigate the client background and current transportation requirements, their current logistics service provider situation, and client pain points.
  • Requires in-depth understanding and insight into large-scale projects such as hydropower, substations, and new energy vehicles.
