As a sales & marketing personnel, you'll maintain the following duties and responsibilities:

• Arrange appointments with doctors and hospital higher management team such as CEO, Director, Procurement, Store, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular calling and field visit.
• Make presentations to higher management team, doctors, and senior nurses.
• Presentations may take place in medical settings during the day or may be conducted in the evenings at a local hotel or conference venue
• Organize conferences for doctors and other medical staff
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff of hospital.
• Maintain the daily call Report, tour plan, expenses report and sales report
• Keep detailed records of all contacts
• Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables
• Reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual sales targets
• Regularly attend company meetings, technical data presentations, and briefings
• Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations
• Keep and maintain record such as tender opening data, attending pre-bid meeting and keep details of all competitors in local market.
• Always update and close eye on the new changing an emerging technology.
• Need to educate and constantly learning about bio-medical equipment
• Can work on turnkey project and supervise and monitor regularly to accomplish the project successfully.
