Job Description

  • Handle offline and online queries.
  • Proactively follow up and generate leads and maintain regular reporting.
  • Provide support to B2B & B2C customers through portals, online chat, Facebook, etc. to stimulate bookings.
  • Visit and call prospective and established clients and suppliers as required.
  • Proactively take part in sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Meet individual and team targets.
  • Respond to flexible work times and schedules.
