We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in Nepal. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in managing IT verticals, particularly in handling major PC and printer brands such as HP (preferred), Dell, Asus, Lenovo, Acer, and Canon. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT channel ecosystem, exceptional relationship management skills, and a proven record in driving market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing channel partners.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners to enhance market presence across assigned regions.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently achieve territory revenue targets.
Analyze sales trends, market data, and partner performance to inform strategic business decisions.
Conduct regular product training and enablement sessions for channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and unexplored segments within the Nepal market.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and partner engagement.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in channel sales management, preferably in the IT hardware and printer industry.
Strong expertise in Channel Sales & Partner Management, IT Hardware & Printer Solutions, and Sales Strategy & Execution.
A proven track record of achieving territory sales targets and expanding partner networks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
A deep understanding of the IT channel ecosystem and partner distribution networks across Nepal.
