Job Title: Outbound Telecommunication Sales Agent
Department: Sales & Customer Support
Location: Kathmandu, Nepal (On-site / Hybrid)

Reports To: Team Leader / Sales Supervisor

Role Summary

We are seeking a target-driven, motivated, and persuasive Outbound Telecommunication Sales Agent to join our team in Kathmandu. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting telecommunication products/services (voice, data, package upgrades, internet/cellular solutions), addressing customer objections, and converting leads into active sales.

This role is ideal for ambitious candidates who possess clear communication skills, excel in goal-oriented environments, and want to earn competitive sales commissions.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting & Sales: Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective and existing clients to pitch telecommunication packages, mobile/data solutions, and upgraded services.
Lead Qualification & Discovery: Identify customer communication needs, analyze their current usage patterns, and recommend suitable service options.
Objection Handling: Confidently address customer queries, technical concerns, and price objections using tailored pitch strategies and scripted guidelines.
Deal Closing & Order Processing: Guide customers through the agreement/sign-up process, record client specifications accurately, and submit verified orders for provisioning.
CRM & Call Logging: Maintain structured call records, update lead status, log disposition codes, and schedule follow-up calls in the customer relationship management (CRM) software or dialer system.
Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed set daily call volume metrics, connection rates, and monthly sales targets.

Other Specification

Education: Minimum +2 / Higher Secondary completed. Ongoing undergraduate students (BBA / BBS / BIT) with strong verbal communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Language Proficiency: Fluent spoken and written English and Nepali (additional regional languages or dialects are a plus).
Communication Skills: Excellent vocal clarity, active listening ability, professional phone etiquette, and persuasive pitch delivery.
Sales Aptitude: High emotional resilience, self-motivation, ability to handle rejection positively, and a target-driven mindset.
Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, familiar with web browsers, spreadsheet navigation (Excel / Google Sheets), and quick typing skills. Prior experience with VoIP dialers or CRM systems (e.g., 3CX, Vicidial, Zoho) is an advantage.
