Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales and business development of Electric Commercial Buses and Maxus private Vehicle in the Nepalese market. The ideal candidates will be responsible for expanding the customer base, generating new business opportunities, and driving sales growth while promoting sustainable transportation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Identify and approach potential clients, including transport operators, schools, corporate organizations, government agencies, and tourism companies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.
Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile, commercial vehicle, EV, or B2B sales.
Strong knowledge of Electrical Bus sales and the Nepalese transportation market is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Must possess a valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
