Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading the real estate sales team comprising Associate Agents, Executive Agents, Agents, and Senior Agents. The role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, managing client relationships, supporting deal closures, and ensuring achievement of organizational sales targets while maintaining professional and ethical sales practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, supervise, and motivate the real estate sales team across multiple levels to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and monitor team performance regularly.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize property sales, market reach, and revenue generation.
Monitor daily sales activities including lead generation, follow-ups, client meetings, and deal closures.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Support team members in client handling, negotiations, and closing high-value property transactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, channel partners, and business stakeholders.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer demands, and business opportunities within the real estate sector.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful project promotions and campaign execution.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analysis reports for senior management including the Head of Sales, CEO, and Managing Director.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical sales practices.
Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales with team management responsibilities
Proven experience in managing and leading multi-level sales teams
Strong understanding of property sales, real estate market trends, and customer relationship management
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and team coordination abilities
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
Target-oriented mindset with strong business development capabilities
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals within deadlines
