Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations, manage the sales team, and drive business growth within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills, along with the ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned area.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Ensure effective product promotion, distribution, and market coverage.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to meet business objectives.
