We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Racing Automobiles. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales, support, and service operations for our automotive products. Your primary goal will be to increase sales, develop partnerships, and drive profitability for the company.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
Manage and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth
Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
Develop and maintain a network of qualified leads and potential customers
Plan and attend industry events and trade shows to promote company brand and products
Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements in the automotive industry.
