(BIG Industries), invites applications from highly motivated, dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented candidates having experience in food grain sales and distribution business for the position of regional sales manager

Position: Sales Manager

  • Sales Manager 1 looking for Bagmati Province
  • Sales Manager 2 looking for Lumbini & Karnali Province
  • Sales Manager 3 looking for Sudur Paschim Province

Experience & Competencies:

  • Having 2+ years of working experience in food grain sales & marketing
  • In-depth knowledge of food grain market supply chain in Nepal
  • Ability to meet communicated schedules, targets and deadlines
  • Ability to analyze the market trends, use marketing tools and prepare MIS
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships with distributors, dealer and stakeholders
  • Ability to function as a team player
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the network and organization
  • Highly creative, innovative, out of the box thinker

Responsibility:

  • Developing Sales & Business forecast/Market Potential/ Competition analysis and marketing strategy and operationalize it, ensure execution of plans and target achievement
  • Implement company’s strategic plans and policies for various steps of distributor/dealer development and ensure its execution
  • Execute marketing campaigns and events to promote company products, formulate ideas, and research to develop sales strategies
  • Travel over the specified region and establish distribution network of the company for sales and marketing of company products
  • Creating Sales & Business forecast/Market Potential/ Competition analysis and marketing strategy
  • Ensure execution of plans and target achievement
  • Ensure timely payment collection and delivery of product
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new brands and competition status
