  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year working experience in forwarding company Marketing Department.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software platforms.
  • Have leadership and management ability, strong resistance to pressure and ability to communicate.
  • Must possess good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skill (Chinese language proficiency will be a plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent process analytical skills.
  • Mature, resourceful, self-driven and high degree of professional integrity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a customer driven deadline environment.
  • Some exposure to financial modeling techniques would be an advantage.

Note: Candidates having two wheeler's licence and a two-wheeler are highly preferred.

Job Description

  • Assist company to develop route market development strategy and target
  • Work with existing and potential clients in generating and concluding transportation business opportunities
  • Identification of potential customers and building relationships through proactive & reactive business proposals
  • Assist the company in integration and maintenance of peer relationship, partners and other stakeholders
  • Support to develop robust business development proposals from inception to implementation with the aim of providing quality and innovative transportation solutions against prescribed deadlines
  • Actively participate in air transport market development, product promotion policy; And develop positive and flexible market price system
  • Identification of potential customers and building relationships through proactive & reactive business proposals
  • Delivers co-ordination of end-to-end business development process like:
    ▶ Customer interface with the aim to build good customer/corporate relationships
    ▶ Solution development
    ▶ Pricing / commercial analysis
    ▶ Proposal generation
    ▶ Prompt follow up on overseas and local sales route inquiry
