  • At least 3 years of experience of closing calls, invoicing and deploying projects in call-centers.
  • Knowledge of dialers and call center related technologies.
  • Comfortable working at night shifts or off schedules.

Pay: Base Salary based upon negotiation plus sales incentives

Job Description

  • Manage and motivate a team of tele-callers.
  • Maintain a database of customers, leads, opportunities, products and projects in our existing CRM.
  • Monitor Calls, giving feedback, prepare reports and report to management on areas of improvement.
  • Convert opportunities into the projects, monitor and deploy them in coordination of developers and in communication with the clients.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Recruit, induct, develop a team of sales and support agents
  • Take care of inbound calls - listen to the client problems and support them on related matters.
  • Create and maintain call products, scripts and manuals
