Possession of a Bachelors’ degree with at least 3 years of experience in sales & marketing in interior home building materials such as tiles, marbles, sanitary ware, ply, windows, paints, flooring, furniture etc
Good knowledge of retail products and services available in the market in the building materials industry. - (Paints, Tiles, Sanitary, Ply, Glass, Furniture) Passionate about working for a new retail outlet to help set up from scratch and build a strong presence in the Jadibut Chowk area
Candidate possessing good communication, presentation as well as client engagement skills
Negotiating, deal-closing and complaint handling capabilities. Good people skills and ability to deal with clients comfortably by connecting with them and building a relationship
Fluent in English, Nepali and ability to confidently and patiently deal with clients

Management of retail outlet of tiles, marbles, sanitary ware
Client handling
Billing work/ daily bookkeeping
Follow up on the delivery of products to clients
Cash collection
Ensuring proper product display and store cleanliness
Sales of tiles, marbles and sanitary ware from retail outlet, handling retail clients
Monitor competition in market - pricing/ product portfolio/ sales strategy
Scouting upcoming buildings and projects in Kathmandu where tiles can be supplied

Training and knowledge transfer regarding the product will be provided extensively. For exceptional candidates with work experience in the relevant building materials industry salary can be further negotiable.
Six days a week (Sunday to Friday), 9 am to 7 pm working hours
