Job Description

  • Hire, Train and Manage team of salesman at the store
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction, implementing procedures and activities to compile client feedback
  • Placing orders to factory as and when required
  • Tracking of the dispatch of Goods from Factory
  • Producing activity report to Management
  • Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategy
  • Informing and selling company's products and services to potential clients
  • Ability to match appropriate products to clients’ requirements
  • Overcome client resistance/objections to products
  • Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
  • Managing the production of promotional material
  • Liaising with other internal departments such as sales, distribution and accounts section
  • Producing reports to monitor results
  • Presenting findings and suggestions to company directors or other senior managers
  • Be responsible for the activities/behavior of the other store personnel
