Reporting:Â You will report directly to the Sales Manager
Services:Â You will render to the Company the following services:
- Set weekly goals for number of leads and potentials to address in the upcoming week
- Enter leads into Zoho
- Contact and qualify leads entered in Zoho and convert them to Potentials
- Conduct over-the-phone or in-person energy audit for residential customers
- Request and assign engineering resources to do energy audit for qualified Potentials
- Prepare sales proposals based on energy audit and engineering design
- Set up in-person meetings with qualified prospects to present the sales proposal
- Scan newspapers and other media sources for Tenders and RFP’s
- Assist in procuring/preparing bid documents for Tenders and RFP’s
- Enter all sales-related activities in Zoho in a timely fashion
- Prepare client case studies or project descriptions to post on website and Facebook
- Scan website and Face book daily for customer feedback/inquiries and respond timely
- Create and distribute marketing materials such as promotional brochures, leaflets, advertisements, hoardings and video presentation
- Prepare a quarterly marketing budget
- Suggest and co-ordinate Gham Power’s participation in exhibitions, seminars, trade shows, and related media and marketing events
- Assist and support Administrative Manager as needed
- Tag “high potential†prospects separately in Zoho for prioritization
- Conduct quarterly refresher training for customer interaction
- Other duties assigned by the Supervisor
