About the job

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation:
  • Identify and target potential merchants in your assigned area who would benefit from our services.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Building Relationships:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing merchants.
  • Understand merchant needs and present our value proposition compellingly.
  • Sales & Conversions:
  • Actively present and demonstrate the features and benefits to merchants.
  • Close deals and secure new merchant sign-ups.
  • Onboarding & Support:
  • Assist new merchants with the download, registration, and initial setup process.
  • Address merchant queries and troubleshoot any issues to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Area Scouting & Reporting:
  • Regularly scout your assigned area to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Prepare insightful reports on your activities, progress, and market findings.
  • Brand Advocacy:
  • Enthusiastically represent at events and networking opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quotas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and navigate diverse client personalities.
  • Strong understanding of the target industry and its needs (preferred).
  • Working Experience with Mobile Applications or Digital Services (a plus).
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (preferred).
  • A valid 2-wheeler driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
