Job Description

MentorLab Nepal an emerging Ed-Tech Company venturing into IT shortly, is looking fortalents in Sales. Here’s a detailed description of the same:

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and achieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly sales target in terms of revenue/enrolments
  • Manage & convert leads for versatile upGrad programs co- created in collaboration with renowned Universities/Institutes
  • Provide in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat and social media
  • Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
  • Record detail pertaining to lead discussions & conversion on LeadSquared CRM
  • Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management
  • Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Sales Revenue
  • Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded
