Job Description

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Closes orders by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
  • Develop B2B business plans in teams to discuss with the supervisor for the overall strategy of sales and marketing
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Identifies service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Participates in regular meetings, brings ideas and creativeness into discussions and follows tasks delegated by supervisors and line-managers

Salary: 

The initial salary for the position is NRs. 18,000, however, salary is not the bar for deserving candidates with proven skills. We are ready to make changes after the probation period of five months. We welcome you to discuss this during the interview also.
