Sales Executive

As we continue to expand across Nepal, we are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition, strengthen our market presence, and contribute to building a high-performing sales organization.

Job Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Growstro's customer base by acquiring new restaurant clients across Kathmandu Valley. Working closely with the Founder, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, closing sales, refining sales strategies, and mentoring junior sales team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the restaurant industry.
• Visit restaurants daily and engage with owners and key decision-makers.
• Understand customer challenges and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and convert trial users into paying customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare daily sales activity reports.
• Analyze customer feedback and sales objections to improve the sales process.
• Support, guide, and mentor junior sales executives.
• Coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
