Hotel Black Diamond is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. As a mid-level professional, the candidate will play a vital role in promoting and driving sales for our hotel, resort, and restaurant services.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets for the hotel, resort, and restaurant
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners to increase sales and promote brand awareness
Identify and target new potential corporate clients and business partnerships to expand the customer base
Act as a liaison between the hotel, resort, and restaurant and various tourism boards, travel agencies, and companies to attract and secure business
Utilize excellent PR skills to establish and maintain good connections with different tours and travel companies
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and keep a competitive edge
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships to increase brand visibility and attract new customers
Collaborate with the sales and reservation team to ensure efficient and effective booking process and achieve high occupancy rates
Generate timely and accurate sales reports and present them to the management team for evaluation and decision making
Able to bring good bookings during the off-season by utilizing sales and marketing skills and offering attractive promotions and packages
Represent the hotel, resort, and restaurant at industry events and conferences to network and promote the brand

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Required Age:More than 23 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels, resorts, or restaurants
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
A strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach
Proficient in using various sales and marketing tools and techniques
Good understanding of the market trends and a track record of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus
