Job description:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct regular visits to both new and existing clients to build relationships, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our IT solutions to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals and long-term relationships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing sales reports.
Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Prepare and process sales documentation, including quotes, proposals, and contracts.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
Handle order processing and follow-up to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-2 years' experience as a Sales Assistant or similar role in the IT industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Solid understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate them effectively.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Must have a 2-wheeler, and a valid license
