Job description:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct regular visits to both new and existing clients to build relationships, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our IT solutions to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals and long-term relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing sales reports.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and process sales documentation, including quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
• Handle order processing and follow-up to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years' experience as a Sales Assistant or similar role in the IT industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Solid understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate them effectively.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Must have a 2-wheeler, and a valid license
