Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell rice products in the market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and building strong relationships with dealers, wholesalers, and retailers.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell rice and its by-products in assigned markets.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.
Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Maintain sales records, reports, and customer data.
Coordinate with the production and logistics team for smooth delivery.
Implement marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales or marketing (FMCG/agro products preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with a results-driven approach.
Good knowledge of local market and distribution channels.
Ability to travel frequently for market visits.
Basic understanding of sales reporting and documentation.
