Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business, develop strong relationships with architects, designers, dealers, and project stakeholders, and drive sales within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to business development, and an understanding of building materials or related industry.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business.
Develop and maintain relationships with architects and designers.
Conduct regular architect meetings and site visits.
Work on product specification and demand generation.
Develop projects and convert specifications into business.
Handle and support dealers on a day-to-day basis.
Coordinate with the company for stock availability, orders, dispatches, and other requirements.
Ensure regular follow-up and smooth coordination between dealers, architects, sites, and the company.
Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the market presence in the assigned territory.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant experience in sales, business development, or project sales will be preferred.
Experience in building materials, sanitary ware, tiles, natural stones, interior products, or related industries will be an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with architects, designers, dealers, and clients.
Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client and site visits.
Good command of spoken and written English and Nepali.
Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
