Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting products/services, generating sales, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers through various sales channels.
Promote and explain products/services to prospective and existing clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve basic concerns.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other required sales documents.
Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers.
Visit clients and potential customers as required.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and follow-ups.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related position is preferred.Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated personality.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
