Job Description

  • Preparation of Quotation, Store Requisition, Work Order, Standing List & Tender List
  • In house Follow-up for Delivering the goods
  • Conduct Daily Sales Planning & Weekly Team Planning
  • Point down the minutes during the meeting
  • Collect daily tasks performed by the Department & forward to HOD
  • Coordinate with the Pre-Sales Department & Accounts Department 
  • Filing required documents
