Job Description

  • To develop a marketing plan/strategy by analyzing the company’s internal and external environment
  • To ensure that marketing strategies are consistent with the overall company strategy
  • To prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures (branding, event, CSR, advertising, etc), analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions in order to meet marketing objectives
  • To conduct market research to identify customer requirements, competitor’s moves, national and international market trends, and changes in government policies/regulations
  • To improve product marketability and profitability by capitalizing on market opportunities; and coordinating new product development
  • To maintain good relationships with the major clients, and search for new clients who are profitable and valuable for the company
  • To develop a suitable strategy for promoting and advertising the company’s products
  • To handle current projects and search for new projects
  • To involve in the import of fittings and manage inventory level
  • To project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; establishing pricing strategies; recommend selling prices; monitor costs, competition, supply, and demand.
  • To develop a strategy for retaining existing clients through various motivational programs
  • To initiate and organize motivational programs such as dealer’s meet, plumber’s meet, etc.
  • To involve in the management of lucky draw coupons with the plumber
  • To ensure that goods are delivered to the clients on time
  • To train the marketing team and mobilize them properly
  • To monitor departmental activities and ensure smooth operation of all the activities
