Job Description

  • Processes reservations from the sales office, Emails, Online OTA’s and travel agents
  • Communicate reservation information to the front desk
  • Process advance deposits on reservations
  • Tracks future room availability on the basis of reservations
  • Handle daily correspondence. Respond to inquiries and makes reservations as needed
  • Determine the corporate/travel trade marketing and sales strategy related to pricing and promoting to meet the objectives outlined in the Sales & Marketing Plan
  • Supervise the existence of an efficient follow-up on all leads to maintain a good relationship and generate group/individual leads for the hotel
  • Propose ideas for promotional materials to be distributed during sales calls
  • Set up the corporate rates for local/international companies / travel trade accounts as well as other commercial accounts
  • Handles all inquiries from potential clients that may involve meeting, site inspection, negotiation and contract writing
  • Responsible for Sales as well as Branding & Promotion of the company.
  • Go for regular Sales calls & business meeting with various Business organizations, Travel Companies etc
