  • Calm under pressure and able to handle client calls responsibly.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the travel, insurance, or emergency assistance industry.

Shift Details:

  • Shift 1: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Shift 2: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Job Description

ASC360 is looking for two confident and detail-oriented female professionals to join our team as Sales & Operations Support Executives. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients needing assistance and will help coordinate support during emergency situations. The role also involves light sales and client communication tasks. Strong communication, quick thinking, and a calm approach under pressure are key.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Emergency Support Coordination

  • Answer calls from clients and partners needing assistance during your shift.
  • Gather and record important details about the situation using a structured format.
  • Verify client location and check for nearby clinics or medical support if needed.
  • Forward information promptly to the support team for action.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and ensure timely follow-ups.

2. Client Support

  • Respond to incoming calls and messages from clients and partners.
  • Provide accurate information about ASC360 services and guide clients as needed.
  • Draft and send professional emails for coordination and information sharing.
  • Maintain client records and ensure all communications are properly documented.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to make sure client concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Provide customer support by answering inquiries and directing clients to the right team.

3. Administrative & Operational Assistance

  • Support daily operations, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow.
  • Communicate with trekking agencies, travel partners, and clients as required.
