Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services. The role focuses on generating leads, building client relationships, increasing brand visibility, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the wholesale/distribution network to achieve overall company sales targets.
Wholesale Dealer Management: Manage relationships with existing wholesale dealers (retailers, multi-brand outlets, etc.). Ensure their stocking needs are met and resolve any operational or financial issues.
Network Expansion: Actively seek out and secure new wholesale dealers and points of sale to expand the distribution network across Kathmandu and potentially beyond.
Opportunity Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including corporate sales or institutional partnerships, to drive business growth.
Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the management.
Training: Provide product knowledge and sales support to the wholesale channel partners as needed.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in distribution or wholesale sales management, preferably in watches, electronics, or similar goods.
Sales Track Record: Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a distribution/wholesale environment.
Personal: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Must be willing to travel locally to visit dealers.
Good Knowledge of Nepal market area
Good Knowledge of dealer relation

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (6 days a week, with a mutually agreed upon day off).

Note:

Salary and benefits are competitive and open for negotiation for deserving candidates.
Willingness and ability to travel outside Kathmandu Valley. Candidates from Kathmandu will be given preference.
