Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Sales and Marketing-Officer is responsible for promoting and selling properties to potential buyers. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting properties, negotiating deals, and building lasting relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Sales: Identify potential buyers and showcase properties to them, highlighting their features and benefits.
Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitive properties in order to advise clients accurately.
Lead Generation: Actively seek new leads through various channels, such as networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Property Presentations: Create engaging property presentations, including photographs, floor plans, and descriptions, to effectively market properties.
Negotiations: Negotiate terms and prices between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful property transactions.
Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation and legal procedures are completed accurately for property sales.
Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently identifying and pursuing potential buyers.
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand professional network and stay informed about industry developments.
Reports: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, leads, and sales performance for management review.

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Education Level: Higher Secondary (+2 / A Levels / IB) (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in real estate sales or related sales roles

Professional Skills Required: Communication, Negotiation, Work Under Pressure, Data Management, Lead Generation, Follow-up.

Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with local property market trends, property types, and sales processes
Sales Skills: Proven ability to identify sales opportunities, build client rapport, and close deals
Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating prices and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
Communication: Strong interpersonal and client engagement skills
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in digital tools, online property platforms, and marketing channels
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple clients, property visits, and deadlines efficiently
Problem-Solving: Address client concerns and resolve issues proactively and professionally
Driven & Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
Ethical: Maintain integrity and ethical standards in all dealings\
Mobility: Must have own two-wheeler with a valid license for property visits and showings
