Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, handling inquiries, and supporting sales activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, field mobility, and a passion for client service and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, provide property information, and guide clients through the buying/selling process.
Conduct client follow-ups through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Coordinate and schedule site visits with potential buyers.
Assist the sales team in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Maintain and update client databases and records.
Prepare reports on customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
Conduct field visits to meet clients and show properties.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Required Age:More than 25 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in real estate is preferred; candidates with experience in sales & marketing will be given priority.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
Valid driving license with a scooter (Mandatory).

Age: 25 to 45 years.
