Job Description

We are looking for Sales and Marketing Manager for our product keptify.com; which is a high ­end service which boosts sales for web shops with services like overlays, retargeting mailings, drip marketing and performance based.

As a manager, you will be responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing, people management and business development by performing the following duties. You'll develop demand driven innovative programs as well as keep track and improve sales of the product. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp is crucial.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives
  • Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets
  • Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities
  • Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the product to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your product
  • Present sales, revenue, expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands customer base
