  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of marketing. (Experienced in furniture and interior designing marketing will be more preferred)

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, Email, Internet, Mobile apps(Whatsapp, Viber etc), Social apps

Job Description

  • Moving ahead marketing and sales process by analyzing marketing opportunities, developing marketing and sales strategies, making marketing and sales program planning & implementing marketing and sales planning
  • Managing of Market Information System (MIS) using internal database system as well as external sources
  • Statistically analyze marketing programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness to meet changing market and competitive conditions
  • Planning, implementing & control of personnel relationship (PR) with concerned persons/organizations by visit/phone call/ email
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity familiar to concerned persons/organizations by using appropriate methods/techniques
  • Increasing the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities by using innovative ideas
  • Creation and Publication of all marketing documents/materials in line with marketing plans
  • Supporting the business development manager/managing director in all day to day activities
  • Plan, develop and deliver the marketing campaigns as company needs. Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communications
  • Strengthening the marketing team
  • Design and develop appropriate sales & marketing methods to run the B2B (business to business), B2P (business to project) and B2C (business to client) business process. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns for B2B, B2P& B2C, and measuring results
  • Mobilizing sub ordinate marketing/sales team members by providing daily/weekly/monthly marketing plans/deeds
  • Making marketing reports / analyzing marketing reports and move to business development manager/managing director for further analysis and direction
