Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for driving sales of Canon office equipment through customer engagement, market visits if required, lead generation, product demonstrations to potential customers in office showroom, and effective negotiation. The role includes maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals, quotations, and tender documents, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the position supports service operations by maintaining sales and service records, coordinating service calls, monitoring AMC contracts, managing service-related documentation and couriers, and assisting with daily administrative tasks of the Service Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to assess their office equipment needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Conduct market visit, generate quality enquiries and convert them into sales, if required
Demonstrate product features and benefits to clients
Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close sales effectively.
Maintain relationships with existing customers
Maintain daily sales record report.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to as per client specifications.
Identify potential clients through customer base.
Prepare tender documents as per client’s requirements.
Handling and maintaining all service-related documentation.
Coordinating and managing service calls, including logging, follow-up, and closure.
Monitoring AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) records and ensuring timely follow-ups with customers.
Managing inbound and outbound couriers related to service activities.
Supporting daily routine, administrative and operational tasks of the Service Department.

+2 Completed or Bachelor's running
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with sales negotiation ability.
Basic knowledge of office equipment and technology solutions (preferred).
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to multitask and coordinate between sales and service teams.
Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Email).

Office Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM
