Job Description

We are seeking a  Business Development Executive / Sales proactive to drive sales initiatives and expand our client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our pathology lab services to healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and other potential clients, ensuring that National Path Lab remains a preferred choice in the market.

Reports To: Head of Sales/Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, healthcare centers, and corporates.
  • Generate and qualify leads through research, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Promote the full range of pathology services offered by the lab.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the lab’s services.
  • Develop proposals and negotiate contracts for large-scale corporate clients or institutions.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to tailor services to meet client demands.

Sales Reporting & Targets:

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients.
  • Participate in conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the lab's services.

Customer Service:

  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
