Skills and Qualifications: -

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration/ Management/Marketing or related field
• Proven sales experience minimum 3 years in Real Estate/ Housing or FMCG
• Effective communication skills

Requirement:

• Must be Dedicated and be feasible with time as this is a service-based company
• Basic knowledge in Photoshop, Tally, Interior & Exterior design Idea & their Creative Suites
• Good Accounting, Microsoft Office, Digital Marketing and Social Media Knowledge
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Good personality and fluent in English, Hindi, and Nepali both verbal and written
• Good Leadership skill
• Outstanding communication and negotiation ability (Most Important)
• Making new business plans and good execution skills

• Applicant should have own two-wheeler vehicle & driving license.
