• High school or vocational diploma
  
• Experience 1-2 years in the same position from leading restaurant or 4-5 stars hotel
  
• Knowledge and Basic understanding about Food, Mocktail, Alcoholic Beverages and Wine
  
• Computer Skill and can use POS System and Stock Management.
  
• Problem solve skill
  
• Good Personality, Cheerful
  
• Leadership and work as a team
  
• Able to train and motivate staff on food and beverage up selling technique to achieve outlets targeted budget
  
• Able to work long hours or split shift
  
• Proactive, energetic, excellent communication and representation skills
  
• Ability to plan and develop the restaurant strategy
  
• Maintain excellent service & Hygiene Standards requirements
