About the job

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kathmandu for a Restaurant Supervisor. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards. The Restaurant Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring effective communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills, Customer Service, and Communication skills
Experience in the food and beverage industry
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Relevant certifications or training in food and beverage management is a plus
