Experience Required : More than or equal to 5 years

  • Must have graduated with Hotel Management degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Leadership Skills 
  • Excellent time management skill with attention to details and ability to multitask
  • Ability to perform under pressure and with very less supervision
  • Proactive and creative 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends
  • Fluency in English is a must whereas knowledge of any other language is desired

Job Description

Accountable for handling Outlet Sales (F&B)/ Profitability and Customer satisfaction of the guests by ensuring good leadership and guidance to the team.

Managing Restaurant operation

  • Preparing and administering duty Allocation and Job Delegation (Roaster)- Door In charge/section holders/ pass /bar /HK /feedback/cleaning/Home Delivery/take away/Dessert
  • Managing Beverage Inventory and general store
  • Cross checking Opening/Closing of restaurant
  • Conduct Mystery Audit Training and score
  • Upkeep of restaurant – Repair & Maintenance 
  • Develop and implement weekly Cleaning schedules
  • Service recovery
  • Implement Cost Controls - Breakage/utility/F&B
  • Checking all facilities and equipment physically and seeing that they are maintained at the proper standards through preventive maintenance.
  • Wastage management - Food & beverage
  • Store / beverage / Dessert ordering over see
  • Phone Handling / Home Delivery order taking & Take away
  • Housekeeping & hygiene check.
  • Check employees and security attendance registers/timings etc.

Marketing and promotion of the restaurant

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedure for the brand/outlet
  • Develop marketing plans for the restaurant; designing and placing an advertisement
  • Liaison with food editors/ magazines to review the restaurant; 
  • Develop promotional proposals and strategies (such as organizing catering, parties social events)

Managing finances

  • Responsible for Cash Transactions/Imprest amount / cash banking transaction 
  • Prepare and Sign Off All reports / Checklist
  • Prepare monthly salary for staff and ensure they are paid on timely basis 
  • Prepare Monthly financial report and submit it to the management
  • Ensure timely audit and other legal compliances are fulfilled 
  • Ensure staff incentives are paid on timely manner

Managing team 

  • Team Building/motivating exercise
  • Provide timely feedback to staff 
  • Ensure training are given to staff as required 
  • Conduct recruitment as required for the restaurant and ensure all clause related to Labor laws are followed. 
  • Conduct timely staff meetings (weekly)

 Managing customer feedback to improve service 

  • Taking Guest Feed Back
  • Sign Off all comment cards
  • Sharing feedback with team to improve operations

Others: 

  • Prepare all reports and share with management on time
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time
