Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff performance, maintaining operational efficiency, and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Supervise, train, and manage restaurant staff and maintain team discipline.
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and procurement requirements.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the restaurant.
Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management is required.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage operations efficiently.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and staff coordination.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting systems.
