Sales Manager

We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth across key market segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality sales background, an established industry network, and a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert business opportunities from corporate, MICE, wedding, and travel trade segments.
• Achieve monthly room revenue, banquet revenue, and overall sales targets through proactive sales initiatives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize occupancy, event bookings, and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections to promote hotel products and services.
• Manage key accounts and partnerships to drive repeat business and long-term client loyalty.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with operations and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
