Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced F&B / Banquet Manager to lead and oversee all food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, excellent operational knowledge, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth while maintaining exceptional guest service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all Food & Beverage operations to ensure service excellence, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance guest satisfaction.
Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and control operational costs.
Lead upselling and promotional initiatives to maximize sales and profitability.
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop F&B team members to maintain high performance standards.
Ensure smooth coordination between restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and other departments.
Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvements to enhance the guest experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings, corporate events, conferences, and social functions from booking through successful completion.
Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
Coordinate with internal departments, including F&B, kitchen, housekeeping, engineering, and sales teams, to ensure seamless event execution.
Oversee banquet operations, staffing, setup, and service delivery during events.
Monitor event timelines and ensure smooth on-ground coordination.
Address and resolve event-related issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure high standards of service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Prepare event reports and contribute to continuous improvement of banquet services.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service operations.
Proven experience in cost control, budgeting, revenue management, and operational planning.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a guest-focused approach.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and hospitality best practices.
