Job Description

  • Deliver excellent customer service, at all times, ensuring guests’ comfort 
  • Assist in keeping the hotel clean and tidy, at all times
  • Deal with customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Supervise, train and motivate others, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.
  • Observe and monitor workers' performance to make sure that company rules and procedures are being followed.
  • Assign duties to the staffs
  • Monitoring the service quality and taking necessary steps to improve it.  
  • Maintaining guest relations
