Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop and implement Sales and marketing strategies for the assigned region (Retail and enterprises)
Understand competitive landscape of the region and develop right pricing and product to make sure growth and market share objectives are achieved,
Collaborate, coordinate and train diverse teams of sales and customer service and make them highly efficient.
Track, measure and analyze commercial metrics using KPIs so as to ensure regional KPI are all achieved.
Review existing products, services and markets to make sure existing customers are retained.
Assessing the risks to the business and device strategy to convert risks to opportunities.
Collating and analyzing business data pertaining to all sales and marketing activities

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Completion Bachelor’s Degree or Masters running than 2 years of experience in Sales/ Marketing or managing relationships with key client.
Highly efficient track record in achieving annual objectives.
Solid knowledge of performance reporting and budgeting processes
Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics
Hands on experience in creating reporting and managing budgets.
At least graduation in any discipline.
